Dr Shea Wilcox
Medical Director
Dr. Shea Wilcox is a highly experienced medical professional with a special interest in minimally invasive vasectomy procedures and men’s reproductive health. He holds a PhD focused on prostate health and urological research, underpinning his strong academic and clinical expertise in male reproductive and procedural medicine.
Known for his calm, patient-focused approach and commitment to clinical excellence, Dr. Wilcox is dedicated to providing safe, efficient, and evidence-based vasectomy care with a focus on comfort, discretion, and outstanding outcomes.
With advanced procedural experience and a strong commitment to modern surgical techniques, Dr. Wilcox delivers minimally invasive no-scalpel vasectomy procedures designed to minimise discomfort, reduce recovery time, and support a smooth return to normal activities. Dr Kyle Wilcox
Medical Director
A long-time Brunswick local, Dr Kyle is passionate about providing accessible, high-quality healthcare to his community, with a strong focus on men’s health and procedural medicine. As an experienced procedural GP, he is dedicated to delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centred vasectomy care using modern minimally invasive techniques designed to minimise downtime and support a smooth recovery.
Dr Kyle holds a Diploma of Child Health from Westmead Hospital and a Masters of Public Health & Tropical Medicine. He has also undertaken advanced training in procedural medicine, skin cancer medicine and surgery, bringing extensive hands-on procedural expertise to his clinical practice.
In addition to his work in men’s health and vasectomy procedures, Dr Kyle has worked internationally in East Timor during periods of unrest and completed medical placements in Cuba, experiences that further shaped his broad and community-focused approach to healthcare. He remains actively involved in General Practice education and training and is committed to ongoing professional development and evidence-based patient care.
Outside of medicine, Kyle enjoys ceramics, cheese and wine making and playing music with friends.
Dr Yiannis Efstathiadis
General Practitioner
Dr Yianni is a Melbourne-based GP with a strong interest in procedural medicine, sexual health, and medical education. He holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD), is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), and has completed a Diploma of Child Health.
Over several years, Yianni has gained extensive clinical and procedural experience through work in Emergency Medicine and surgical rotations across Bendigo Health and The Northern Hospital. He has undertaken vasectomy training and mentorship under Dr Shea Wilcox, with a focus on modern minimally invasive vasectomy techniques designed to minimise discomfort, reduce anxiety, and support a smooth recovery.
Known for his calm and approachable style, Dr Yianni places strong emphasis on communication, informed consent, and helping patients feel comfortable and at ease throughout every stage of the procedure. He believes that honest conversation and humour, when appropriate, can make a significant difference in reducing anxiety and creating a positive patient experience.
Alongside his clinical work, Yianni remains involved in medical education through teaching and mentoring medical students. He is committed to ongoing professional development and evidence-based patient care.
Outside of medicine, Yianni enjoys spending time with his young family, tabletop gaming, and exploring Melbourne’s coffee scene.
